Open to all teams and organizations

3 Game pool play – Single elimination bracket play (to play in bracket play, a player must play in at least 1 pool play game)

12 Player roster max & 2 coaches’ max

Age cut off 1/1/2024

NFL Flag Rules (modified)

Division winners receive championship rings, MVP Graffiti Football & a half bid to USA Flag’s World Championships in January of 2025!

Coed: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U

Girls: 9U, 11U, 13U, 15U 18U

ENTRY FEES:

Early Bird Registration: $400.00 Per Team 12/22/2023 – 3/31/2024 (Must be paid in full by end of early bird)

Regular Registration: $450.00 Per Team 4/1/2024 – 5/1/2024

Regular Registration: $500.00 Per Team 5/2/2024 – 6/1/2024

*$100 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.

MULTI-TEAM DISCOUNT: Only applies after early bird pricing.

2 or more teams - $25 off per team

4 or more teams - $50 off per team

*Teams must be registered at the same time. Discount will not be honored if teams are registered separately.
*Half-Bids do not count towards multi-team discount.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

6/1/2024 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.

*Upload deadline is June 7^th, 2024 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

*A player can be double rostered on two different teams as long as the teams are in different divisions. A player cannot be doubled rostered on two different teams in the same division.

*NOTE: During tournament play, any coach can request a roster check of the opposing team, prior to the game starting. If the player of the opposing team is found ineligible, the opposing team forfeits that game and the player(s) in question is/are ejected permanently from the tournament. If the coach requesting the roster check is wrong and every player of the opposing team is eligible, then the coach requesting the roster check loses his (2) timeouts for that specific game.

TEAM CHECK-IN:

Will be held the evening before on Friday, June 7^th, 2024 from 4:30pm – 9:00pm. Location: San Diego Marriott Del Mar 11966 El Camino Real, San Diego CA 92130

*There is a $50.00 fee for any team/player who requests a Saturday morning check-in time. The request must be made by June 6^th, 2024 by emailing info@hardcountathletics.com and the fee must be paid via venmo in advance. Venmo: @hardcountathletics

ENTRY FEE:

$30.00 weekend pass per person or $20.00 one day pass per person

*Kids Age 5 and under are free

*Purchase in advance during Friday night check-in

HALF BIDS:

We do not allow stacking bids. If a team wins two tournaments, they can only use 1 bid to register for hard Count Nationals. They may pass the second bid they won to a different team/age division within the same organization. They may Not give their half bid to a different team in a different organization.

Only one schedule request per organization will be accommodated. Additional requests will be considered if possible. Requests submitted after registration closing, will be considered but not honored.

REFUND POLICY:

Hard Count Athletics has full confidence that our June 8^th & 9^th 5v5 Tournament in San Diego will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics 5v5 Tournament in 2025, as long as we receive written notification by 6/1/2024 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics Tournament in 2025.

NFL FLAG 5V5 RULE BOOK

*Hard Count reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or less teams are signed up in a division. For tournaments that have fifty (50) or less teams registered, Hard Count reserves the right to turn an originally planned two (2) day tournament into a one (1) day tournament.

**Although unlikely, the date, time and location are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

***To be eligible to play in bracket play, a player be rostered with the team and play in at least one pool play game.

****A player cannot be rostered on two different teams within the same division.
