3 Game pool play – Bracket Play (below)

- 3 team division = top 2

- 4 team divisions = top 2

- 5 teams divisions = top 3

- 6 teams divisions = top 3

- 7 teams divisions = top 4

- 8 teams divisions = top 4

12 Player roster max & 2 coaches’ max

NFL Flag Rules (modified)

Division winners receive $400.00, championship rings, half bid the HCA’s 2024 National Championship June 8^th & 9^th, 2024 & a half bid to USA Flag’s World Championships in January of 2025!

Coed: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U

Girls: 11U, 13U, 15U, 18U

*Hard Count reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or less teams are signed up in a division.

ENTRY FEES:

Early Bird Registration: $375.00 Per Team 12/23/2023 – 2/14/2024 (Must be paid in full by end of early bird)

Regular Registration: $400.00 Per Team 2/15/2024 – 3/16/2024

*$100 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.

MULTI-TEAM DISCOUNT:

2 or more teams - $25 off per team

4 or more teams - $50 off per team

*Teams must be registered at the same time. Discount will not be honored if teams are registered separately.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

3/16/2024 at 11:59pm EST

All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.

*Upload deadline is Thursday March 21st, 2024 at 11:59pm EST.

TEAM CHECK-IN:

Will start at 6:30am Saturday, March 23rd at the fields. We recommend checking in at least one hour prior to your first game.

Entry Fee: $15.00 per person

*Kids age 5 and under are free

REFUND POLICY:

Hard Count Athletics has full confidence that our March 23^rd, 2024 5v5 Tournament in Pittsburgh will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics 5v5 Tournament in 2024, as long as we receive written notification by 3/16/2024 at 11:59pm Eastern Time. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics Tournament in 2024.

**Although unlikely, the date, time and location are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

***To be eligible to play in bracket play, a player be rostered with the team and play in at least one pool play game.

****A player cannot be rostered on two different teams within the same division.
