Girls Division Policy
- All-Girls divisions must compete in their true age division.
- Girls playing in Co-Ed divisions may play one age division down.
- If an All-Girls division does not have enough teams to form its own division, those teams will be combined with the next lower Co-Ed division.

Double Rostering Policy
- Athletes who choose to play on multiple teams do so at their own risk.
- We will do our best to avoid scheduling your games at the same time; however, schedule conflicts may occur.
- If two of your games are scheduled simultaneously, you will be responsible for choosing which game to play. No accommodations or reschedules will be made due to double-roster conflicts.

CODE OF CONDUCT – ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
At The Drip Mission, we believe youth sports should be a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for every child. Our athletes are always watching. As adults, it is our responsibility to lead by example.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY regarding poor sportsmanship, abusive behavior, harassment, threats, intimidation, fighting, or disrespect toward officials, coaches, players, spectators, staff, or league representatives.
This policy applies to everyone involved in our league, including coaches, parents, guardians, family members, and spectators.
The following behaviors will not be tolerated:
- Verbal abuse or harassment of referees, players, coaches, or spectators.
- Threatening, intimidating, or aggressive behavior.
- Fighting or attempting to provoke a physical altercation.
- Profanity directed at any individual.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct that creates a negative or unsafe environment.
- Refusal to follow the instructions of league staff or officials.
Any individual found in violation of this Code of Conduct will be asked to leave immediately and is subject to disciplinary action at the sole discretion of The Drip Mission.
Disciplinary action imposed upon the offending adult, their child(ren), and/or their team may include, but is not limited to:
- Immediate ejection from a game, event, or the league.
- Suspension or forfeiture of future game(s).
- Suspension from one or more future season(s).
- Suspension from all Drip Mission events for up to one (1) calendar year.
- Permanent removal from The Drip Mission if the severity of the violation warrants such action.
Please understand that when an adult's behavior negatively impacts the league, it also impacts the experience of every child on and off the field. While we never want to suspend an athlete because of an adult's actions, we will do so when necessary to protect the culture, safety, and integrity of our league.
Our mission is bigger than football. We are building a community founded on respect, accountability, sportsmanship, and character. If you choose to be part of The Drip Mission, you are expected to uphold these standards every time you step onto our fields.
There will be no exceptions and no warnings required. Participation in The Drip Mission is a privilege, not a right.
