Our league provides a unique opportunity for children and teenagers to engage in the thrill of basketball while building essential skills in teamwork, leadership, and athleticism. Through expert instruction and a focus on player development, participants of all skill levels are able to grow, compete, and enjoy the game of basketball.

Why Choose the Jr NBA & Jr WNBA League?

  • Expert Instruction: Built on the foundation of the prestigious NBA and WNBA brands, our league offers young athletes high-level coaching and a structured, competitive environment that emphasizes the fundamentals of the game, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

  • Player Development: Our league focuses on developing athletes at all levels, from beginners to more advanced players. Whether they’re working on dribbling, shooting, passing, or defensive strategies, we tailor training to each player’s individual growth while ensuring their overall improvement as basketball players and teammates.

  • Inclusive & Fun: We welcome athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players, in a supportive and fun environment. Our program ensures that every participant—whether 4 years old or 17 years old—feels included, engaged, and encouraged to grow.

  • Teamwork & Leadership: Through structured gameplay, practices, and training, athletes develop a strong sense of teamwork and leadership. They’ll learn to collaborate with teammates, communicate effectively on the court, and grow into confident, disciplined leaders both on and off the court.

  • Official Jr NBA & Jr WNBA Experience: Players will wear official Jr NBA and Jr WNBA gear, enhancing the excitement and connection to the professional leagues. Participants will experience what it’s like to be part of the NBA and WNBA family, creating memories that last a lifetime.

Program Highlights

  • Age-Appropriate Divisions: Players are divided into age-specific divisions from Lil Ballerz to High School, ensuring balanced competition that promotes growth and development across all age groups. Divisions are organized by grades K-12, allowing for players of similar skill levels to compete against one another.

  • Exciting Matchups: Teams representing iconic NBA and WNBA franchises, such as the Atlanta Hawks, Philadelphia 76ers, New York Liberty, and Las Vegas Aces, will compete in dynamic seasons filled with thrilling games, exciting rivalries, and unforgettable moments.

  • Season-Long Development: With weekly games, practices, and skill development sessions, athletes engage in consistent, year-round training. This structured schedule ensures continuous improvement for both individual players and teams.

  • Focus on Sportsmanship: The Jr NBA & Jr WNBA League places a strong emphasis on values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork. Athletes learn the importance of character both on and off the court, building a foundation for success that transcends sports.

  • Celebration of Youth Sports: At the conclusion of each season, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and growth of our athletes with a fun and family-friendly awards ceremony, where every participant is recognized for their achievements and commitment.
