What is 6-on-6 Screen Blocking Flag Football?

It's a fast-paced variation of flag football that features teams of six players. This format emphasizes strategic passing and screen plays, where players can block defenders without making physical contact. The game combines agility and teamwork, fostering skill development while maintaining a non-contact approach, making it an alternative to traditional football.

With its focus on inclusivity, flag football is suitable for players of various skill levels, each player's role becomes vital in this exciting format, enhancing communication and cooperation among teammates while providing an engaging sporting experience.

League Overview:

Format: 6-on-6 Flag Football - Screen Blocking.

Seasons: Summer (June-August) | Fall (September-December)

Game Structure: Each game consists of two 20-minute halves with a running clock, allowing for fast-paced action and plenty of scoring opportunities.

Team Structure: Teams must consist of at least 8 registered players, we recommend a roster of at least 10 players.

Coed Teams: Coed flag football teams must consist of 2 females on the field at the same time or be subject to forfeit. You may use more females than required, but no less than 2. 

Age Divisions: Open to players ages 18 and up, we have separate divisions for youth (ages 13-17) to ensure fair competition.

Inclusivity: We welcome players of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, promoting an encouraging atmosphere for development and teamwork.

Location: Games held at local parks and sports complexes throughout the community, providing easy access for all participants.
