Hello Coaches,
We’re excited to invite you to register your teams for the 2026 King of Maple Mountain 7v7 Tournament Series for the Spring 2026 season. This series offers a competitive environment for our Youth Football Leagues in the valley across multiple grade levels.

• Time: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Location: Maple Mountain High School practice fields
Age Divisions:
• 4th Grade Division: (9 to 10 years old)
• 5th Grade Division: (10 to 11 years old)
• 6th Grade Division: (11 to 12 years old)
• 7th Grade Division: (12 to 13 years old)
• 8th Grade Division: (13 to 14 years old)

Registration Details:
• Team Size: Teams of 8 to 10 players are recommended.
• Registration Fee: $850 per team (covers participation in the three tournaments)
• Jersey Fee: Not included in the team fee. Suggested jersey order information will be provided separately. Coaches are to manage team jersey orders.
• Minimum Roster: Each team must have at least 8 players to qualify for registration.
Note: Coach discounts are not offered due to the already discounted team registration fee.

Registration Process:
1. Sign Up: Teams must register on Zorts. You can pay through www.MMYFOOTBALL.com or through zorts
2. Team Fee: $850 (Coaches to pay entire registration fee for team via Venmo @MMYFC - If you pay through Zorts directly there is $52 in fees you would need to pay.
You will recieve a promo code to remove the zorts fee once you have sent payment to MMYFC
3. Documentation: Zorts will require each player (parent) to upload report card showing school name and grade, birth certificate with Zorts cards, and photo.
League leaders will verify players eligability and can use Zorts cards, birth certificates, tackle football registration or public school information to validate age requirements. ANY VIOLATION WILL FORFEIT THE TEAM WITH NO REFUNDS.
