1.GAME FORMAT. 

-offense has 6 including clock tee. 

-Field is 60 yards long and 40 yards wide. 10 yard end zones. 

-8u-10u pee wee

-12u junior 

-14 Junior or larger 

2.GAME LENGTH 

- Two 15 minute halves(running clock). Playoffs will have 1 minute pro clock. 

- 2 Minute Half time. 

-Play clock 25 seconds. 

- Ball will switch with turnover on downs and interceptions. 

-Time outs 1 per half. 

3.OFFENSE 

-No laterals, pitches or handoffs 

-Receiver must have 1 foot in bounds. 

QB RULES. 

-QB has 4 seconds to throw. 8U will have 6 seconds. 

-Timer will be on the tee and sound off when it is a sack

-Sack is a loss of down. 

-No QB scrambles 

-You can motion your players. 

FIRST DOWNS. 

-Achieved at midfield(20 yards) 

-offense has 3 tries to get 1st down and 4 tries to score after they get first down. 

4.DEFENSE. 

-Alignment(Must be 1 yard off the line)

10U and up you may press.(8U NO PRESS COVERAGE-MUST BE 3 YARDS OFF LINE OF SCRIMMAGE) 

-NO BLITZING

-Interceptions may not be returned 

-ALL interceptions will result in 3 points for defense. 

-Turnover on Downs will result in 1 point for defense. 

-Change of possession will happen every interception or turnover on downs!(Just like a real game). 

5.SCORING. 

-OFFENSE. 

-Touchdown- 6 POINTS. 

Extra point. 

-From 5 yards= 1 point 

-From 10 yards = 2 points

-DEFENSE. 

-3 and out = 1 point 

-INT= 3 points

DEFENSIVE INT ON P.A.T= 1 point

-Play is dead when ball is touched with one hand below the neck.

10. ROSTERS

-Max roster: 17 players. 

-Minimum to play:7 players 

-Coaches on field

-8U-10U 

2 coaches allowed on offense and defense( stay out of way if interfering with play will result in warning and replay of down. If happens against it be 5 yards and Auto first) 

-12U-14U

-2 coaches allowed. (ONLY ON OFFENSE. BEHIND LOS)

11.EQUIPMENT

-Mouthpiece suggested strongly

-SOFT SHELL HELMETS REQUIRED

-No hard pads 

-Matching jerseys

-No metal cleats 

12.MERCY RULE

-Up 28+ points = running clock entire game. 

13.COACH/PLAYER CONDUCT 

-No cursing or intimidation of players,coaches, or crowd 

-Referees may penalize bench

14. NO FIGHTING 

-Absolutely no fighting will be tolerated. If a player throws a punch, he is ejected immediately and can not return to the game. He will also be ejected from the league play. Both teams will be disqualified if there is a bench clearing fight and will result in a forfeit of both teams from the league. 

15. TIE BREAKERS(STANDINGS)

-Head to head 

-Points scored or allowed.

All players and coaches must be registered on Zorts. Fees must be paid on Zorts. All waivers must be signed, athletes are eligible on zorts, and fee paid in full befor you are officially locked in in the league.
