WELCOME TO THE REGISTRATION FOR THE SPRING 2026 7ON7 FOOTBALL LEAGUE
This registration session is your gateway to an exciting season of 7ON7 football with Centex. We're thrilled to have you join us for what promises to be an unforgettable experience. Below, you'll find all the essential details to help you decide whether to register for our upcoming league.
League Dates & Game Format
Season Runs: APRIL 12TH – MAY 17TH, 2026
All games are played on Sundays between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
New Spring Game Structure
For the Spring season, games format of 24-minute games (12-minute halves).
Each game day will feature doubleheaders, meaning teams will play two games per Sunday, giving athletes more reps, more development, and more fun each week!

Games 1 & 2: Sunday, April 12th
Games 3 & 4: Sunday, April 19th
Games 5 & 6: Sunday, April 26th
Games 7 & 8: Sunday, May 3rd
Games 9 & 10: Sunday, May 10th
Championship Games: Sunday, May 17th
End-of-season championship games take place on May 17th!

- Team registration: $1,250
- Individual registration: $165 per player
