Description
National Seven Series (NS7) Spring Season is an all-girls 7v7 flag football league designed to prepare athletes for high school competition through structured, high-level play. The Spring season is operated under CIF-aligned 7v7 rules, emphasizing football IQ, skill development, and game realism while maintaining a safe, non-contact environment.
NS7 focuses on route execution, coverage recognition, quarterback decision-making, and team communication in a fast-paced format that mirrors high school off-season competition. By following CIF-style rules and structure, athletes gain valuable experience that translates directly to school-based programs and competitive summer circuits.
The Spring Season serves as a developmental and competitive bridge between training and fall tackle or flag seasons, giving athletes a platform to sharpen skills, build chemistry, and compete at a high level while staying within CIF standards. NS7 provides a disciplined, organized environment where girls can develop confidence, leadership, and game understanding while competing against top programs.
NS7 Spring is more than games — it’s preparation for the next level.
