NO REFUND POLICY
Western Mass Youth Flag Football is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All registration fees and team payments go directly toward supporting the league’s mission to provide inclusive, affordable youth sports programming in our community.
Please review this policy before registering.
1. All Fees Are Final
All registration fees and team payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, injuries, or changes in personal circumstances.
2. Charitable Contribution Notice
As a nonprofit organization, all fees are used to cover critical program costs including equipment, uniforms, referees, insurance, and field rentals. Once submitted, these funds are immediately allocated and are considered non-refundable charitable contributions to Western Mass Youth Flag Football.
3. Credit and Transfer Option
If your child is unable to participate before the season begins, you may request a credit or transfer of your registration to a future league season. Credit requests must be made in writing prior to the first game.
Credits are valid for up to 12 months from the original season.
Credits may be applied to the same participant or a sibling within the same household.
4. Inclement Weather and Schedule Changes
In the event of weather cancellations or unforeseen schedule changes, the league will make every effort to reschedule games. However, make-up games are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for missed or canceled games.
5. Agreement Required
By registering, all participants (or their legal guardians) acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy, including the credit/transfer option described above.
