We’re excited to invite you to join us for an action-packed season of fun, fitness, and flag football! Whether you're new to the sport or a seasoned player, our league offers an unforgettable experience for athletes of all skill levels.
📅 Season Dates:
March 7 – April 25, 2026 (no games Saturday April 4 - Spring Break)
6-week season | 5 weeks of regular season games + 1-week playoff tournament (Week 6)
👥 Who Can Play:
- Coed Division: Ages 4–15
- Girls Division: Ages 4- High School
🏆 Format & Rules:
- 5v5 Format
- Full-length games: 48 minute game play
- Governed by AAU Junior Olympic 5v5 Rule Book
