PRACTICES & TRAINING
• Elementary divisions receive six (6) FREE training camp nights before league play
• Training camps focus on fundamentals, rules, spacing, and gameplay concepts
• Practices will follow a set schedule for the first two weeks of league play
• Practice schedules will be communicated prior to league start

GAMES & LEAGUE PLAY
• Games are played Friday nights under the lights
• Two (2) games per team each game day
• Non-contact flag football format
• Final week features bracket-style tournament play
• All games follow official NFL FLAG rules
• Emphasis on development, confidence, and fun competition
