Hosted at the incredible Dick’s Sporting Goods House of Sports in Salem, NH, this program is designed specifically for our youngest athletes (ages 3–6) to learn the basics of flag football in a high-energy, non-competitive, and totally fun environment.

Our coaches bring the energy, the music is pumping, and every session is packed with games, skills, teamwork, and smiles. Whether it’s their first time touching a football or they’re already tossing spirals, Lil Ballerz is the perfect intro to the game.
