Welcome To Academy Basketball Brought to you by Free Me Association and Monroe City Academy League! MCAL is beyond blessed to be preparing for Season 3 of Hoops, and are excited to have you along for the journey of developing our youth within this great game! Our League is a developmental organization, focusing on teaching and grooming our youth, to be successful on and off of the courts/fields.
