Momentum Girls Flag Football is excited to announce our official tryouts for the upcoming competitive season!

Through our collaboration with I’M HER Athletics and the SAC12 Foundation, Momentum is committed to providing young female athletes with elite coaching, player development, competitive opportunities, and exposure designed to help prepare them for the next level.

TRYOUT INFORMATION

Dates:

• Saturday, November 8, 2026
• Sunday, November 15, 2026
• Time: 10am-2:00pm

Location: Airfield Park - 2491 Natomas Crossing Dr. Sacramento, CA 95834

AGE DIVISIONS

• 12U: Ages 10–12  Check in time: 9:30AM
• 14U: Ages 13–14  Check in time: 10:30AM
• 18U: Ages 15–18  Check in time: 11:30AM

WHAT TO EXPECT

Athletes will be evaluated through a series of drills and competitive situations designed to assess:

• Speed, agility, and athleticism
• Position-specific skills and fundamentals
• Football IQ and decision-making
• Offensive and defensive execution
• Competitiveness, effort, and coachability
• Teamwork, leadership, and communication

Our coaching staff will evaluate athletes for potential placement on our competitive travel teams.

WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle, flags, cleats, and workout gear.
