Refund Policy
Playmakers Youth Sports/Southwest Showdown Tournaments has a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness, weather, etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Playmakers Youth Sports/Southwest Showdown Tournament for the amount minus the deposit, if we receive written notification two weeks prior to the tournament. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future league or tournament.
