Description
Coming up in July and August we will have 4 skills camps!
This is open to all sports and all ages! This is NOT a flag camp, these are all skills camps where where we will be focusing on:
-Speed/Agility
-Conditioning
-Flexibility/Injury prevention
-Basic skill and fundamental drills
$35/camp or $100 for all 4!!
