Summer heat is here, but the holiday spirit is just getting started! Join us for a day of gridiron action, community, and festive fun as we host our Christmas in July Ugly Jersey Flag Football Tournament!

We are turning the field into a winter wonderland for a cause, and we want YOU to be a part of it.

🏆 THE TOURNAMENT

We’re capping the field at 32 teams, with 8 teams per division competing under official NFL Flag rules.

• 2-Game Guarantee: Every team is guaranteed at least two games of action!

• Divisions: 6u Coed, 10u Girls, 14u Girls, and 14u Boys.

• The Best Part? We are providing a unique "Ugly Jersey" for every single player to rock on the field! Roster lock will be 6/28/26 so custom jerseys can be ordered to fit.  Registrants after June 28, 2026 WILL NOT RECEIVE TEAM'S CUSTOM JERSEY.

🎁 GIVING BACK TO CHILD HAVEN

This tournament is about more than just football—it’s about supporting our community. All donations will go directly to Child Haven.

 Tournament Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Tournament Organizers

We committed to hosting a high-quality event. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tournament under the following circumstances:

• Low Registration: If the minimum number of participants or teams required to run a competitive and viable tournament is not met by the registration deadline.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: Cancellation due to weather, facility closures, safety concerns, or other force majeure events.

Full Refund Guarantee: If the tournament is canceled by the organizers for any reason (including low registration), all registered participants/teams will receive a 100% full refund of their registration fees. Refunds will be processed automatically back to the original method of payment within [e.g., 5-7 business days] of the cancellation notice.

2. Withdrawal by a Participant or Team

If a participant or team needs to withdraw from the tournament voluntarily, the following refund schedule applies:

• Withdrawal (14) days or more before the event: Eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable).
• Withdrawal between (3) and (7) days before the event: Eligible for a [e.g., 50%] refund.
• Withdrawal less than [2] days before the event: No refunds will be issued, as tournament schedules and resources will already be finalized.

3. How to Request a Withdrawal
