 DATES:

July 8th, Round Robin and plaoffs on Wednesday EVENING. Under the lights.

July 11th, Semi-Finals and Championsip on Saturday morning, 8am to Noon.

LOCATION:

July 8th in Phoenix, AZ @ Sandra Day O'Connor High School 

July 11th @ Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale.

DIVISIONS:

12u only. Boys, girls and coed are all welcome. There will only be 1 division, 1 bracket.

16 teams MAX.

FORMAT:

5 on 5 non-contact

3 game round robin plus single elimination playoffs.

Final 4 teams will advance to the Semi-Finals at Desert Diamond Arena on July 11th to play on the Arizona Rattlers field.

AGE CUTOFF:

August 1st, 2025

REGISTRATION ENDS:

Space is limited to 16 teams. Registration will end when 16 teams are registered or June 30th, whichever comes first.

EXTRAS:

Every 'CHECKED-IN' PLAYER/COACH will receive a free ticket to the Arizona Rattlers game on Saturday, July 11th @ 6pm. 

Families and friends will be sent a link to purchase more tickets separately at a discounted rate.

Championship rings for the champs!

MVP trophies for most valuable players to the final 4 teams. Chosen by the teams.

FEES:

Team fee is $395

Teams can register and save their spot with a $50 deposit. Remaining balance must be paid by June 30th. Deposit option is unavailable after June 25th.

REFUND POLICY:

Full refunds are issued in the event we do not have the minimum of 4 teams in any division.

Full refunds are issued in the event Showtime Sportz cancels the event and teams are unavailble for the new date.

Deposits are non-refundable after June 25th unless the parameters mentioned above are ineffect.

There are no refunds past June 30th if all parameters are met and the tournament is a go.
