BNA Sports presents “The NIGHTMARE Tournament” on Saturday, October 25th (All-Girls) and Sunday, October 26th (Coed/Boys)
The NIGHTMARE Tournament EXPERIENCE is a premier flag football tournament that will provide on-field and off-field once-in-a-lifetime Experiences! Line up and enjoy “The Experience!”
Entry fee:
$400/per team ($300 prior to September 4th)
$50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by the registration deadline.
Details:
3 game minimum - single elimination bracket play
USA Football 5's
Champions receive rings
Athlete MVP and All-Tournament Necklaces
Gold bracket winners receive 1/2 bid to the Who Runs Florida State Championship in Orlando, FL (December 13-14, 2025)
- 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U and 10U girls (Size 5) Pee Wee football
- 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, and 14U girls (Size 6) Junior football
- HS Girls Youth football
Divisions: ages as of January 1, 2025

*BNA Sports reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or less teams are signed up in a division.
Halloween Costume Guidelines – Flag Football Tournament
Costumes are welcome and encouraged! However, to ensure safety and fairness of play, the following items are not permitted:

Hard items such as helmets, pads, armor, props, or accessories that could cause injury.

Masks or face coverings that obstruct vision or make player identification difficult.

Offensive costumes (including inappropriate language, imagery, or themes).
-
Anything that prohibits safe play, such as loose accessories, sharp objects, or oversized props.
⚠️ In addition, any costume, accessory, or item that the Tournament Director or Officials deem unsafe or unsatisfactory will not be allowed on the field.

Rosters:
12 Player Roster Max & 3 Coaches Max Per Team (includes media member)
All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts Player Registration system. Zorts Sports ID Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a soft shell helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport, or other state ID showing the birth date.
Team Check-In:
Check-in will begin at 1:30pm on Saturday, October 25th or Sunday, October 25th at 11:30am at the Clay County Regional Sports Complex athletic fields. We highly recommend checking-in at least 1 hour prior to your first game.
Gate Fee:
$10 adult (18+)
$5 youth (6 - 17 years old)

Refund policy:
BNA Sports Organization has a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the registration fee in full. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness, etc. we will provide you a credit to a future BNA Sports Tournament in 2025 as long as we receive written notification by October 18, 2025 at 11:55pm EST. In the unforseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of "non-essential" businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future BNA Sports Tournament.
