WELCOME TO EYEKONIK FOOTBALL UNIVERSITY (E.F.U.) 

CLASS IS NOW IN SESSION!

What is E.F.U. ?

First off welcome. I am Coach Marlon Leroy. Founder and Owner of TEAM EYEKONIK ATHLETICS AND FITNESS. I created this 6 week (optional 4 weeks) program to be a comprehensive, progressive program for football players of all levels to come and obtain knowledge on how to play the game, their positions as well as bettering themselves as overall athletes. We strive not only to better our athletes of the field, but also in the classroom and life. We will develop our athletes in all areas; PHYSICAL, SPIRITUAL AND MENTAL. ALL OF THESE TAKE PRECEDENT IN BECOMING THE BEST ATHLETE YOU CAN BE. Every week will have a different lesson plan based on experience and position. We will educate and train our athletes from the ground up as we will be focusing on every detail of their position and athletic make up.

-Understanding of their position within the game. 

ALL positions require their own specific technique and understanding, but THEY ALL require the necessary ground work to being an effective athlete. We will work intentionally and extensively in maximizing our athletes abilities with these areas. What are they? 

- Hand/Eye coordination 

-Coordinated footwork/footspeed

-Body Control and Awareness

-Speed/Agility

-Conditioning

- Flexibility and Mobility

THE OBJECTIVE IS TO MAXIMIZE ABILITY AS AN ATHLETE! NOT JUST A FOOTBALL PLAYER! ALL THESE SKILLS CORRELATE TO EVERY OTHER SPORT! 

Positional work will be broken down in to 2 groups. Age does not matter as it will be based on skill level. Athletes can be bought up or bought down a level based on their progress. These 2 groups as I said will be based on skill level:

🏈 Novice/Intermediate

🏈 Advanced

Positions include: Offensive and Defensive line,Wide Receiver, Defensive Back, Linebacker, Running back, and Quarterback.
