DETAILS:
Open-Invitation Tournament
2 Pool play games + Single Elimination bracket play (3 Game Guarantee)
12 player roster maximum & 3 coaches maximum
Age cut off: August 1st, 2024
DIVISIONS: Each division will get capped based on field space. Lock in your spot with your deposit!
Co-ed Divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, & 14U
Girls Divisions: 10U, 12U, 14U, 17U
Divisions may be combined based on registration numbers.
TEAM FEES / GATE FEES
Registration Fee: Early Price: $395 UNTIL 1/19/25 - REGULAR PRICE $495 UNTIL 1/31/25 - LATE PRICE $595 AFTER 2/1/25
($100 deposit secures your spot!)
Gate Fee: $15 per day. Children 5 and under are free!
Required Equipment:
Shruumz Flag Belts required for all participants. Teams can provide their own custom Shruumz, or they can be purchased onsite for $15 per set at the event.

This rule is in place to provide a level playing field, and fair playing experience for all participating teams.
*Flag and mouthpiece checks will take place prior to each game. Those found without mouthpieces and/or flag belts other than Youth SHRUUMZ, will be removed from the game until a second equipment check can take place at halftime.
**Flag colors may not blend-in or camouflage with the color of the uniform or shorts.
Team Videographer/Photographer Pass (Media Pass):
For teams interested in having their own videographer or photographer onsite for content, media passes can be purchased for $50. Limit 2 per team, and can be purchased during the team registration process.
Media passes will allow sideline and endzone access, media staff will not be allowed in the field of play during games.
ROSTERS/WAIVERS:
All rosters must be uploaded into Zorts Sports. Zorts player cards are required for each player. Parental waivers must be signed by the player's parent or legal guardian. If the player card is not completed for verification the player will be ineligble to play. Players will receive eligibility wrist bands during team check in, at the event, before their first game. Wristbands will only be provided to players who are shown as eligible on their Zorts Player Card.
TEAM CHECK IN:
Team Check-in will take place Saturday 60 minutes prior to your first scheduled game (Any teams that do not check-in before the first game will forfeiture their games).
REFUND POLICY/WAITLIST:
Teams may request a refund 21 days before the event to receive their funds (deposit, and team fees) in-full. Any refund requests after this date will be offered credits toward future tournaments.
Teams may join the waitlist once a division is full. Waitlist teams will be added on a first-come, first-serve basis as spots open.
Teams that secure their position with a team deposit must have their team fees paid in full 14 days prior to the tournament start date. Teams that do not pay their team fee in full 14 days prior to the event date risk forfeiture of their division spot to be relaced by a waitlist team.
