Registration Fees:
- Early Registration: November 21, 2025 through November 30, 2025
- Initial Registration Fee: $95 + processing fees
- Multi-Sibling Registration Fee: $85 + processing fees
- Double Roster Registration Fee: $75 via Venmo
- Regular Registration: December 1, 2025 through January 3, 2026
- Initial Registration Fee: $105 + processing fees
- Multi-Sibling Registration Fee: $95 + processing fees
- Double Roster Registration Fee: $85 via Venmo
- Late Registration: January 4, 2026 through January 17, 2026
- Initial Registration Fee: $125 + processing fees
- Multi-Sibling Registration Fee: $115 + processing fees
- Double Roster Registration Fee: $85 via Venmo
- 14U & 17U Registration Fee will remain $75 + processing fees throughout all registration periods
Rosters will be LOCKED on January 18, 2026 at 12am
Venues: 'Ewa Mahiko, Pu'uloa District Park/Kapolei Regional/Kapolei Community and Kahalu'u Regional
NOTE: should games be held on any school grounds, an entrance fee (6 and under are free) will be assessed and a parking fee may be assessed by the school as well
Double Roster
- Players are able to double roster as long as it is not within the same division (for example: John Smith cannot play for 4U Mickey Mouse and 4U Donald Duck)
- Double roster fee ONLY must be sent to XL Venmo @XL-SPORTSHI
ALL GIRLS TEAMS
- All girls teams will have the opportunity to participate in either the CO-ED or QUEENZ divisions
- All girls teams are unable to participate in both divisions
Girls' Age Cutoffs
- Girls playing in CO-ED DIVISION
- Girls playing in 4U and 6U, must be their TRUE AGE
- Girls playing 8U and up are able to play one age down (for example: Jane Smith who is 9 years old may play 8U; if Jane Smith is 10 years old, she cannot play 8U)
- Girls playing in QUEENZ DIVISION
- All girls must play TRUE AGE
Byes & Make Up Games: Due to the amount of teams and the length of winter 2026 season, byes may not be granted as make up games are not guaranteed. Should your team/organization need a "bye", you may receive a forfeit loss in its place
