7 V 7 Tournament 02/22/25
Location- FRANKFORD STADIUM (LARGE & DYRE ST.)
Age groups: 10u-12u-14u
Time: Starts at 8:30 (10u/14u) 11:00 (12u)

Game time: 20 min running clock (Final 2 mins ball stops for every incomplete or change of possession; Clock will restart on snap)
Time outs per game- 2 (30 sec)
Gameplay Scoring: WILL BE KEPT BY REF
Offense-
6 pts =TD
1 Pt = (from 5 yrd line)
2 pts = (10 yrd line)
(On xtra points the defense cannot score. INTs mean nothing on extra points)
NO HAND OFFS AND NO BLOCKING
Defense:
Change of possession = 2pt
Int = 3 pt
NO FUMBLES
2 refs per game
Field length – 40 to endzone & sideline to sideline
Gameplay rules:
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT ALLOWED.
4 sec count to get the ball out. If the ball is not released before the 4 sec count, it is a loss of down.
3 downs per drive  (1st down, 2nd down, and money down)
No first downs
Tag (1 hand does count as a tag)
The person who snaps the ball is not eligible for a pass and does not count as one of the 7 on the field. The Center must wear a benni.
HIGH SCHOOL RULES
No press. Defense must be 3-5 yrds from the line of scrimmage. (this will result in 5 yrd penalty and a replay of down, if press take place it’s a 10 yr penalty and a1st down.)
Turnovers are not live (int = change of possession and 3 pts for the team who created the turnover)
Fumbles = ball spotted at location and next play.
Drop snap = lost of down



Teams must all have jerseys or the same color shirts.
The ball used must be age approved.
Mouthpieces are mandatory. (no mouthpiece no play)
PLAYER CAN ONLY PLAY ON ONE TEAM…
ANY FIGHTING THE PLAYERS WILL BE DONE FOR THE DAY AND TOURANMENT. Multiple fights the team will forfeit the tournament.
