Coaches,


Excited to have your program play on Sunday, December 17th! Please be sure to look through the following attachments and share with ALL ATHLETES AND SPECTATORS. We cannot wait to watch your teams in action on the field!


Entrance:

- Everyone will enter through the ENTRY K entrance!

- There will be a Playbook check-in desk for athletes and spectators.

- Everyone will check in by first and last name. Make sure to arrive at least 45 minutes early!

- Make sure spectators check in so they can obtain the proper credentials.

- There is no re-entry.

- Gates will open at 9:15 AM, 30 minutes before the event starts.


Parking:

- All vehicles will be able to park in LOT 10, which is reserved for this Playbook event.

- Parking in the lot is free of charge.

- Lot 10 is located off of Randol Mill Road.

- NO alcohol, grilling, or table set ups (tailgating) are allowed in either lot and will be strictly enforced.

- Attached is a parking map.


Parents/Spectators:

- Please do not wait until the last minute to register your seats. We have to give the stadium an accurate estimate of attendance for staffing and security purposes.

- Remember that these events are fundraisers, and a portion of all proceeds will be going back to each team, so there will be NO CASH PURCHASES at the gate.

- Players and coaches are free, as is any child age 3 and under.

- Players may bring bags with their gear, it will be scanned upon entry.

- The stadium does not have any specific requirement in terms of bags allowed inside, but ALL BAGS will be scanned upon entry.

- Seating will be in Sections C132 - C139, the lower bowl of the north side of the stadium.




Food/Beverages:

- Water will be fine to bring in. But NO food or snacks will be permitted.

- The stadium will NOT have concessions open.

- The stadium will also provide water jugs and cups on the field for team members. We recommend bringing refillable water bottles if you plan on utilizing the water on the field.

- There are vending machines located in the Pro Shop which is near Entry A (near the seating sections)


AT&T Stadium Waiver:

- All players, participants and coaches will have to fill out a waiver to gain access to the field.

- Attached is the waiver that participants MUST fill out prior to arrival.

- Please PRINT out and hand in at the check in desk.

- It is best for coaches to collect all the waivers in bulk prior to the event to hand in at check to avoid back up at the check in desk.

- There will be back up waivers at check-in if participants do not have it signed already.


Rosters:

- I will need every team leader to submit your team roster + coaches (FIVE coaches max per team) for the guest list.

- This must be submitted prior to the event date, and will be strictly enforced.

- CHEERLEADERS are more than welcome to come and have free admission as well. Please be sure to include them on your roster, or have the cheer coach submit their own roster.
