-GAME PLAY RULES!!!
-Ages 9 and under will be allowed to run the ball as many times as they like EXCEPT inside the 10 yard line. (Defense CANT blitz.)
- There will be no running or blitzing for ages 10 and older.
-Touchdowns are 6 points.
-Each team must attempt the extra point. 1 point from 5 yard line  and 2 point from 10 yard line.
-Defensive stops = 2 points
-Interceptions = 3 points
-There will be no overtime in pool play.
-Pool play game period will be a 20 min running clock with no timeouts.
-Bracket play game period will be 22 min running clock with 1 timeout.

-Penalties:
-False start will result in a loss of downs.
-Defensive holding will result in 5 yard penalty with a automatic 1st down.
-Defensive pass interference will result in a 10 yard penalty with a automatic 1st down.
-Illegal motion will result in a loss of downs.

PLAYER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age cut off will be players age as of January 1st, 2023.
-All players are required to check in, a player playing without being checked in will result in immediate disqualification!
-There will be NO high school seniors allowed at all at Battle Of The Beaches 2023! If caught, the team will automatically disqualified!
