5v5 Season GAMEPLAY & RULES
GAMEPLAY:
•     Two 15 min half’s (1 - 5min halftime)
•     Winner of coin toss receive 1st possession
•     Ball starts on 40 yard line
•     Offense has 3 downs to gain a 1st down or score (in red-zone)
•     No runs allowed on ANY down, no reverses, or hook & ladder
•     Defensive players cannot cross LOS on a run play until QB hands the ball off to RB
•     1 timeout (exception: injuries/ref timeout)
•     Centers are NOT eligible for pass/run
•     After offense scores a TD they have option to go for 1 point (5 yard line) or 2 points (10 yard line)
•     Only one offensive coach allowed on field at any time behind (offensive) huddle
•     NO DOUBLE PASSES ALLOWED
•     Once FORWAD pass has been thrown, a LATERAL is allowed
•     NO BLITZING ALLOWED 15 yard penalty if a team blitz
•     NO BLOCKING will result in loss of down, return to previous spot
•     Ball carrier is down when flag is pulled
•     Face guarding is allowed
•     Fumbles (including snap) are dead at the spot
•     Offensive team will have 25 seconds to put the ball into play. Delay of game is a loss of down
•     Defensive pass interference results in 15 yard penalty & automatic 1st down. Defensive holding will result in a 10 yard penalty and repeat the down
•     Offensive pass interference will result in a return to the previous spot plus a loss of down
•     QB is allowed 4.0 seconds to throw the ball. Referees will stop play if 4.0 seconds is surpassed, which will result in loss of down
•     Interception will result in an immediate stoppage of play and change of possession with the intercepting team gaining possession at the 30-yard line, intercepting team gains 3 points. If an unsportsmanlike penalty is given to the interception team, they will be penalized 10 yards and will start from 40-yard line
•     If regulation game ends in tie, there will be one 10 minute running half
OFFENSIVE PENALTIES:
•     False start/Illegal motion assessed LOS which results in loss of down
•     Delay of game assessed LOS which results in loss of down
•     Blocking assessed LOS which results in loss of down
•     Fumbles dead ball (offense retains possession at spot)
•     Pass Interference assessed LOS which results in loss of down
•     Unnecessary Roughness assessed 15 yards-LOS which results in loss of down
•     Un-sportsman assessed 15 yards which results in loss of down
DEFENSIVE PENALTIES:
•     Encroachment/Neutral Zone assessed 5 yards which results in repeat of down
•     Holding assessed 10 yards which results in repeat of down
•     Pass Interference assessed 15 yards which results in a 1st down
•     Unnecessary Roughness assessed 15 yards from LOS
•     Illegal Participation assessed 5 yards which results in repeat of down
•     Un-sportsman assessed 15 yards which results in 1st down
Scoring:
•     Touchdown – 6 points
•     Interception – 3 points
•     PAT from 5 yard line – 1 point
•     PAT from 10 yard line – 2 points  
•     Turnover – 2 points
