GAME FORMAT
5 vs 5
30-minute running clock
1 timeout per team (30 sec)
Minimum 5 players to start
FIELD SETUP
25–30 yards wide x 50 yards long
End zones: 5 yards
Midfield = line to gain
No-Run Zones
5 yards before midfield
5 yards before end zone
GAME PLAY
Start at 5-yard line
4 downs to midfield
3 downs to score after midfield
QB has 7 seconds to throw
Forward pass only
1 player allowed in motion (not forward)
RUNNING RULES
Running allowed outside no-run zones only
QB cannot run at any time
Handoffs allowed behind LOS only
Center is eligible receiver
DEFENSE / RUSH
Rush line: 7 yards
Any number of rushers allowed
Must avoid contact with QB arm
Interceptions may be returned
SCORING
TD = 6 points
PAT:
From 5 yards = 1 point
From 10 yards = 2 points
No kicking
FLAG RULES
Play dead when:
Flag pulled
Out of bounds
Knee down
No diving
No flag guarding
PENALTIES
Offsides – 5 yards
False start – 5 yards
Illegal rush – 5 yards
Pass interference – spot foul
Flag guarding – 5 yards + loss of down
Unsportsmanlike – 10 yards or ejection
OVERTIME (PLAYOFFS)
1 possession each from 10-yard line
Alternate until winner
Must go for 2 after first OT

Zero tolerance:
Profanity
Taunting
Disrespect

Officials & tournament directors have final say
