The EF Classic Youth Football Showcase is committed to providing a safe, organized, and positive experience for all athletes, coaches, and families. The following policies apply to all teams, players, and coaches participating in the event.

Registration Agreement

By registering for the EF Classic, the team representative, coach, or organization:

• Agrees to all terms, policies, and conditions outlined for the event
• Accepts full responsibility for their team’s conduct and compliance
• Confirms they will communicate all event rules, expectations, and policies to their players, parents, and staff

Sportsmanship & Conduct

All participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect, and professionalism at all times.

The following will not be tolerated:

• Unsportsmanlike conduct
• Verbal or physical abuse toward officials, players, or spectators
• Fighting or aggressive behavior
• Disruptive or inappropriate conduct

The EF Classic reserves the right to:

• Remove any player, coach, or team from the event
• Deny participation without refund for violations

Liability & Responsibility

The EF Classic, its staff, partners, and venues are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost items, or damages that may occur during the event.

By participating, all teams and individuals:

• Assume full responsibility for their participation
• Acknowledge the physical nature of the sport
• Agree to hold the EF Classic and its affiliates harmless from liability

Team Check-In

Team check-in is scheduled for Thursday (exact time and location to be announced).

• All teams must complete check-in prior to participating
• Additional details will be provided leading up to the event

Zorts ID & Biometric Check-In

The EF Classic will utilize Zorts ID Flash Biometrics for team and player verification.

• All players are required to have a valid Zorts ID Card
• Zorts Cards are mandatory for participation
• Biometric check-in will be used to ensure proper player verification
• Teams must ensure all rosters and player information are accurate and up to date in Zorts

Failure to comply may result in:

• Delays in check-in
• Ineligibility to participate

Coaching Staff Limit

• Each team is allowed a maximum of seven (7) coaches
• All coaches must be properly registered in Zorts
• Coaches must display proper credentials when requested

Event Operations

• Teams must follow all schedules, field assignments, and instructions from event staff
• Game times and schedules are subject to change due to weather or operational needs
• All participants must follow venue rules and guidelines

Safety & Hydration

• Teams are encouraged to ensure players remain properly hydrated
• Hydration stations will be available, but teams should also bring additional water as needed
• Coaches are responsible for monitoring player safety and well-being

Final Agreement

By participating in the EF Classic, all teams, players, and coaches acknowledge and agree to abide by all event rules, policies, and procedures.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in removal from the event without refund.
