Ball starts on the 40-yard line/4 downs to 20/4 downs to score
NO blitz from the 40
QB cannot run from the 40
QB has 4 seconds to throw (only from the 40)
INT = 1 point and ball at 30 yd line
No Special Teams
PAT: Auto 1 point or go for 2 from the 10-yard line
(1) 30 second timeout
HS / 14U / 12U / 10U – 5v5
