DISCOUNTS: **Register two or more teams at the same time and receive $25 off the registration price per team.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS: Completed Online Zorts Paperwork Required: Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Player cards can be purchased by Coaches, players, or parents on the players roster page on your team roster. This age/division eligibility verification system will ensure the integrity of the tournament, allow parents to only have to upload eligibility documents 1x per year, and will cut check in times by 25%. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.

TEAM CHECK IN: Will be held the evening before on Friday 11/20/2020 from 4:30-8:30pm; LOCATION: Fairfield Inn & Suites Phoenix West/Tolleson, 9033 West McDowell Rd., Tolleson, AZ 85353

GAMEBREAKER HELMETS: Gamebreaker Helmets are required and must be rented or purchased through Hard Count Athletics (unless the players already own them) to ensure consistent safety standards. At registration, the coach must show proof of Gamebreaker Helmets for each of the players; otherwise helmets must be either rented or purchased onsite.
