In a world where athletes tend to break the human barrier of what is thought to be impossible, it is hard to find something that can surprise a fan to the extent in which they get excited. That is until you hear about 7'2 high school basketball sensation Bol Bol. No that is not a typo, Bol Bol, son of former NBA center Manute Bol is raising the eyebrows of basketball fans across the country with his elite level of play. Bol is currently a junior at Mater Dei High School (Santa Ana, California) and is a key contributor to the success of the Mater Dei Monarch Lions basketball team. Bol is currently an ESPN 4-Star recruit and is number 41 on ESPN's top 60 basketball recruits for the class of 2018. As his Junior season is wrapping up, Bol has received many College Scholarship offers from top notch Universities across the country. Of those are, USC, UCLA, Arizona, and the currently number 1 ranked University of Kansas. Although not quite as tall is his 7'7 father, Bol still has so much time to grow (physically and as a basketball player), the future of both Mater Dei's basketball program and Bol Bol's basketball career look bright.
