Spotlight Athlete Recap: Brad Kaaya & Adoree' Jackson

With football season winding down to one final game, the time to reflect upon the amazing season for all levels of football is now. Whether it's the Dallas Cowboys losing a heartbreaker to Green Bay, or the Clemson upset over Alabama in the College Football Championship game, the football season has been great to each and every fan. Throughout the season, ZORTS chose to spotlight multiple athletes, many of which being collegiate football players. Of those players, Brad Kaaya (Miami) and Adoree' Jackson (USC) are two standout athletes that will be forgoing their senior seasons of college football to make the jump to the NFL. Everyone youth football player dreams of one day becoming good enough to earn a chance to play in the NFL, throughout countless hours of hard work and practice, these two young men are going to be living the dream. Both players become extremely big name players during their three seasons of college football. Kaaya was the ACC rookie of the year in 2014 and All-ACC in 2015, not to mention becoming the University of Miami's all-time leader in career passing yards with 9,968. Jackson received a plethora of awards throughout his time at USC, including PAC-12 defensive freshman of the year(2014), PAC-12 defensive player of the year(2016), The Jim Thorpe Award (2016) as well as Rose Bowl Champions (2017). Both of these young athletes have made their individual talents known among the football community. Once major high school rivals in SoCal, these pro-bound athletes are on track to accomplish big things in the NFL.
