In our ever so advancing digital era, finding old videos throughout the internet is quite the simple task. Long ago in my own youth, I remember watching a youtube video of football highlights. The video was extremely popular and was most likely one of the original youtube youth sports highlight videos. Featured on this old popular video is none other than running back Cody Paul. Uploaded in the summer of '07, the popular youtube video displays a young athlete whose football abilities border on the elite, with power runs, kick returns, and even a few ankle breakers, this highlight video had it all. Being uploaded so long ago, one could only wonder, "what ever happened to young Cody Paul"? Well, like many of us Cody in fact grew up, and unlike most of us, has just finished his senior season of football at Division II Chadron State College (Chadron, Nebraska). The 5'5 running back is described by his university as "an undersized running back with great cutting abilities, and has matured into a powerful blocker as well ... Returns as a statistical leader, and will be a leader in the locker room as well ... Leads the kick return unit"-courtesy of Chadron State Athletics. With hard work and perhaps a little bit of youtube fame, Cody was able to pursue his love for football at the collegiate level.
